1. About the service
Tanla is a platform for searching and booking event venues in Tashkent. The platform acts as an intermediary between clients and venue owners.
2. Obligations of the parties
Users are required to provide accurate information, and venue owners must honor the terms they publish. Tanla strives to ensure service quality.
3. Booking
Bookings are confirmed via online payment. Once payment is successful, the booking becomes effective and a QR code is issued.
4. Cancellation
Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the event date are fully refunded. Later cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Payment
Payments are accepted via Payme and Click. All prices are shown in so'm and depend on the chosen menu package.
6. Liability
Tanla is not directly liable for agreements between venue owners and clients, but assists in resolving disputes.
