Is booking free?: Yes, searching and booking on the platform are free. You only pay for the menu package at your chosen venue.
Which payment methods are available?: We accept online payments via Payme and Click. Bookings are confirmed immediately after payment.
Can I cancel a booking?: Yes, you can cancel for free at least 7 days before the event. Full details in the Terms of Service.
How do I contact the venue owner?: Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you the venue owner's contact details and your QR code.
Which events is Tanla suited for?: You'll find venues for weddings, fotiha toy, qiz bazmi, osh ceremonies, birthdays | anniversaries, corporate events and banquets.
